RecommendedDr. Ruff and her staff were professional and kind. They were the on-call vet for the weekend when my mom’s cat needed to see a vet after having to travel to stay with me because of the fires and smoke in Portland.
Took our kitty baby in for an emergency visit. They worked us right in. They were kind and compassionate. It was clear they take precautions for the safety of their visitors. And they took excellent care of our baby, who came home with a back injury and possible torn muscles.
The whole staff is very friendly. and you can tell they really care. We have been going there for a couple years now. And won't go anywhere else.
Southway is the best Veterinary services we have ever had. We have had dogs for 37 years. Never before have we had such service, expertise and caring for our pets. We really don’t know know what we would without Southway. Our pups are high maintenance with significant issues. Dr. Ard and his staff are excellent in helping us find solutions. Thank you for everything you do.
I had an emergency after hours with my dog and had never been to Southway the staff was so compassionate with my and my dogs needs. He did not survive but was put to sleep with kindness
Dr. Ard is the best vet in the valley!He is never in a hurry, great teacher, and always tells me treatment options. Office staff is great too. Cannot forget Dr. Ruff. She is pretty darn awesome!!
Dr. Ruff has taken care of all three of my doggos since they were babies and they love her. All of the vets and vet techs at Southway are so caring and kind. They take great consideration into explaining options and all have a very visible love for the animals they treat. Our dogs will always be patients of Southway Animal Clinic.
I just want to share a positive review for Southway Aninal Clinic. Our puppies got out of the yard a few weeks back and one of them was hit by a car and didnt make it. We contacted Southway about cremation for her. Took her there and they called us to let her know when her ashes were ready for pickup. Yesterday we received this card and paw prints in the mail from them. We were not expecting it, but it is by far the most thoughtful thing I could have imagined to get. It means the world to us.
