I have been trying to get someone to work on my lift station since the freeze. I got really excited when i found Southwaste. I thought they were going to be answer i was looking for. I took off work the day they were going to come. They were going to suck out my tank then check out my pump. They texted 30 min before they were supposed to be here, and said, sorry we wont be able to do the job. when i asked why they said their plumbers were busy doing 2 new grease trap installs.
