RecommendedExperience couldn’t have been better. We drove 4 hours from TN yesterday to buy a truck because the service and follow up we got from our salesman Tyler Goodman was second to none! We were looking at several trucks online and his commitment to following up via text and phone calls was the reason we drove 280 miles to buy from him. Tried to buy a vehicle from them a few weeks ago. Went in with a pre-approval from capital one finance. The salesman was very pushy about using their lender, we were hesitant but ended up caving. Signed papers, with a down payment intending to pick up the vehicle the following week but got a call from the finance guy a couple days later saying financing had to change and rate/term would not be in our favor. I called about a vehicle that they had advertised and I told them that it would be about a 40 minute drive and they assured me that the vehicle was going to be there. I had cash but as soon as I got there they told me someone was already looking at the vehicle for about 15mins prior to my arrival. wasted 2hrs of my time.

While I recommend Southtowne, we did have some service issues which they worked diligently with us to minimize the impact to us. Under the circumstances, they helped make better what could have been a worse situation.

They are a stereotypical shady dealership that likes to play annoying pricing games. I will be taking my money to a different dealership that respects my time and money. I suggest you do the same.
