NEVER LIVE HERE! Had multiple really bad experiences from start to finish 1. Once when I was on vacation a maintenance guy let himself into my unit to change a smoke detector in my guest bedroom and locked my cat in there for 4 days before I returned. Building did nothing 2. They give no warnings on window cleaning or construction and if they do the days are often wrong so you cant plan out your day. Southstar Lofts is an amazing location! I feel very safe, and the place is always clean and met to my standards (and I have high standards). Even though the noise is atrocious, I knew that going in. If I didn't then I wouldn't rent in the city. I also ask a lot of questions, and Tim is always available, whether in person or via phone, to answer them. I wouldn't live anywhere else in Philly.
