I was passing through town when my trailer broke down just a couple miles from Southside Trailer Service. It’s a tough spot to be in when you’re stranded and don’t have many options, but I’m grateful I was close to a place like this. They fit me in quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had the wheel hub replaced. The gentleman who helped me, Glenn, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Glenn is a fabulous asset to your guys company. I had an issue with my Snow Dogg plow and despite you guys not technically servicing them anymore Glenn took care of me. Not only did he service it but just last week I had an issue with it and he took care of it right away. I’ll definitely be back
