Not so good The properties themselves are decent, but the maintenance and especially receptionist are lacking in many ways. The office person is rude, insensitive, and wishy-washy. The property manager himself tries hard to get things done and will listen to your complaint if you can get a hold of him directly, otherwise your complaint may never even be notified to him by the receptionist. Southside as a last resort? i rented from this company for about a year. when i first moved in, it took close to 3 days to get the go ahead to move in. the receptionist texted me, instead of answering or returning calls. there were also several times where the "slumlord" would show up completely unannounced and do a showing through my apartment. one of these times i was still in bed sleeping. however it was a great apartment, at a great price. unfortunately, the lack of privacy, and sometimes rude treatment from the receptio... read more
