NEVER again... This is the worst place I have ever rented! The management is horrible! They are beyond rude. I moved into a filthy apartment that was falling apart. They took weeks to even come over and look at my shower (which i couldn't even use.) The snow removal is terrible I got stuck in my drive way on more than one ocasion. The apartments do not even seem to be up to code. It is a TERRIBLE place to rent and to live. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere this is so bad I wouldn't reccomend it to my worst enemy!
Shifty-Side Properties This place is a good choice if you are getting into the meth business. They will leave you alone, never visit for maintenance, and wont even return your calls if you tried to contact them. Then again, they might be even too shady for most drug dealers. stupid agency I absolutely hate it! I haven't recieved a single water bill since August 2009. There's wholes in our walls that they never came to fixed even though we've mentioned it a million times, they never come a remove the snow when they say they're going to, they over charge on missing rent, and they just overall suck. I will never rent from them again.
Best landlords yet! I have rented with SouthSide Property for 3 years now. I would never consider renting from anyone else. They answer your calls 24/7 and provide quick service when its needed. They are the easiest landlords to work with, since they do seem to care about their tenants and not just the rent. Jay and Tiffany are very professional and will spend as much time as you (the tenant or perspective tenant) need in order to feel comfortable in making a decision that is best for you and your living style.
Great People to Work with!!! I had a great experience with Southside Property Management! They were very patient and showed me many nice places. They did not pressure me and let me take my time making my decision. They have very reasonable prices and the staff is very helpful and even agreed to show me some places more than once so I could make my decision. Would highly recommend them!
no pressure sales This is a great real estate agency. They apply no pressure on sales and give you the time to decide if the property is right for you. Friendly staff from the realtor to the receptionist. The realtor is ready, willing and able day or night to show you the property. Even if you need to see it 2 or 3 times he is alway's friendly and willing to answer your questions. PROS: no pressure sales CONS:
NEVER RENT FROM SOUTHSIDE! I would never rent from Southside ever. I lived with a large number of bats flying in my drop ceiling for a full year and Jay ( the owner) informed me after several months that he would do nothing because of his insurance issues. Never once did he return a phone call to me in two full years. They are one of the most disrespectful and rude companies in Menomonie. Slumlord is a great description of this landlord. NEVER RENT FROM SOUTHSIDE.
Very disappointed I have rented a 2bedroom apartment near Broadway along with a friend. When winter started we realized that one of the bedrooms was very cold and the heater wasn't working. When we complained they made so many visits but did not resolve the problem. Finally they told that the room doesn't have a heater. And the property manager agreed that he will pay for the extra xcel bill if we use an external heater because heat was included in the rent. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE SHADY PEOPLE!!!!! I would never rent through this company. I rented through american edge and they sold our building to southside a few months after I started a one year lease. I paid rent in the drop slot they have one time back in july, but I was stupid and paid with cash. This was the only time I ever paid that way because I normally just go in and pay.
