I was treated very well at the front desk, but when sent to the "back" for an estimate on a repair, the attitude was very different. The service men back there are rude and harsh. I asked for an estimate to repair a working, but leaking blower. They required a down payment of $20. I was called with an estimate of $130, which I declined, as I barely paid more than that for it new 18 months ago. When I said I would prefer to pick it up rather than fix it, they hung up on me. At first I came to the repair shop, and I brought my cheaply made craftsman that wouldn't start, after talking to the fellows back there I decided to come get a new one in the front sales room. Gary in the sales room was very helpful, and turned me onto a better product than the one I was going to buy for a few more bucks. Very happy about the Stihl leaf blower. Starts easy, and the engine sounds really quality. I'll be back.

I have bought plenty of yard equipment from them and they have always performed. Leaving their SERVICE Department now: SPOT ON!! That is old fashion great service. After dropping off my machine for service. Quote and price were what they said. It was done on time and they communicated with me. How novel. Thanks.
5 stars because there isn't an option for 6!! Saturday after Hurricane Hermine, turn off generator to fuel. Wouldn't restart. Suspected starter. Called Southside. Had what I needed (shocking! Seriously!). They even verified the stock before i drove up there.They closed at noon and it was 11:40am and i live in Sopchoppy an hour away. I explained my situation to Gary.
