Hey! How many months is going to take you to fix an entry door that is broken that is a concern of safety? And yes, at least 5 other residents have made you aware of but you still neglect so don’t go down your route that no one was aware when you should be inspecting the property AT LEAST once a month. You can’t get anyone on the phone when a bar guest next door parks in your spot that you pay for. Don’t live here. It’s trash.
We really enjoy living at Southside Flats! There have been a few maintenance requests that we have made and they all have been taken care of in a timely manner. What a great close location to so many walkable restaurants and entertainment venues!
I was transferred to a voice machine when I just ask the office was there anything to rent unbelievable do they rent to all races
Love this place.
New management communicates and is more responsive to requests. They've done some cool updates downstairs & cleaned up the building outside. Parking is still tough, but to be expected living downtown.
