Had a 2pm appointment. Arrived at 1.50pm but waited and waited to see the doctor who was running late. Had to leave at 3pm as we had to pick up our son from primary school. Two of us took the afternoon off work to attend (my wife told she needed a driver after her planned eye test). They really need to be better organized.
