Honestly couldn’t ask for a better bunch of nurses, doctors and registration staff. I’ve been to a lot of hospitals, even if it was to just visit someone I knew that was a patient and this is by far the best one! Thank you guys so much for your hard work and passion for what y’all do!
If there was a less than one star I would so give it to them! To be perfectly honest they must think that when you walk in that all that money falling our of your pocket is theirs! They certainly don't understand that when they insist you pay their bill within a year that of course no one else wants to be paid! OMG! Please get real!
My son has been sitting in the ER for 4 hours without seeing a doctor. My 1 year old has been running a fever of 103.2 and never called him back. I am furious mad
From the front door at valet to the back door at plant engineering, I've found a great team of workers that do their best to help others. Many times helping with tasks outside of their job description to make a family environment of well breing and higher morale.
I sad and makes you angry to sit for hours and hours without seeing a dr all the while watching people on their phones and joking around. Get off the computer and go back to personal care would be a lot better. Should have went to Bedford or Gretna
We had the best experience with prenatal care here at Forest Women’s. Everyone was so kind & patient, we never felt rushed or just another number, but instead heard and left always feeling reassured and confident. Their patient care is above and beyond any other medical practice I have been to. Each and every one of the midwives were amazing through appointments and phone calls and questions. Very poor service, no internal communication, lack of compassion for patients! This is a medical group that needs to streamline, eliminate the glitter and flash and concentrate on medical care delivered with passion and compassion! Oh yes get rid of some of the spoiled brats pretending to be nurses. More ego than service!
I went to the Centra Gretna Medical Center on May 27th due to a miscarriage. I am so thankful for the wonderful staff that took care of me and helped me during a really difficult time. They were so compassionate about everything.
