I took my 2year old to Southside Community hospital because he sick. And we didn't have to wait because It won't nobody in the waiting room while we was waiting for a room for my son and the doctor that my son saw was very nice and the nurse was also nice. I appreciate them for helping us thank u
Last June I broke my wrist, and we went to Centra Southside Community Hospital. I had NO wait time (went to the restroom after checking in, and they were ready for me when I came out), and was treated so well!!!! The doctor and staff who treated me were compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better care. Thank you, Centra Southside!

This afternoon my fiance smashed his finger between a 1500 pound trailer hitxh and the jeep. Needless to say he was in excruciating pain. We had an excessively long wait and once we were in the back, the NP we had refused to give him anything but motrin. But said it was a bad smash and to watch it for infection. MAKE THE DRIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Love centra & especially Southside, it's such a close knit, happy environment. All the staff truly makes you feel at home. I love centra not only as a place & service but also as a career & my my employer. ❤️��
We have been here for three hours with an infant running a very high fever and still have not been seen. People who have come in much later than us have already been seen. Worst hospital service I have ever experienced.
I have been to several different hospitals during my years: I was seen in the ER with chest pain, head pain, dizziness and high blood pressure. The staff assisted quickly and thoroughly! I must say Centra Southside Community Hospital is one of the most friendly, courteous and efficient hospitals I have ever witnessed. This was my first visit. I have no fear of seeking medical attending within the hospital or seeing the wonderful staff! Keep up what you are doing Centra Southside Community Hospital!
