Me and my husband are from Iowa and hired Southside café to cater our wedding in Slidell. We were very impressed by the food, hospitality, and by Mike who was extremely kind and accommodating. My husband has over 15 years in the service industry and he felt that Mike/ Southside café’s professionalism, quality, and hospitality was among the best he has encountered. Mike and the Southside Café are the embodiment of southern hospitably. Next time we are back in this area, Southside café will be our first stop.
Awesome 1/2 pound sirloin burgers and wonderful onion rings. Never disappointed here.
I'm from TN so this place was suggested to me and I must say although it was very crowded the service and food was EXCELLENT!!! Everything came out hot fresh and in a timely matter. The prices are also reasonable and you get your money's worth. If I'm ever in the area again I will be back
