Sadly, didn't meet expectations. Was given information the Vet's office & patient care from the front desk. When we went for our appt. we were told we had been given the wrong facts. Too bad the wrong facts were one of my criteria for a Vet's office that met the needs of my animals.
Southside Animal Hospital, Dr. Ward and staff are AMAZING! Our puppy almost died this week and everyone there was so amazing and nursed him back to health! We will forever be thankful for you! �
I took my kitten to be spayed which was to occur in the morning. I did not recieve an update call as promised. (My kitten was found in the woods, diagnosed with feline leukemia, and after six weeks, was deemed healthy. I am very protective, understandably.) I visited the clinic after work and asked to take my kitten home to recover since no one would be staying overnight at the clinic. I was told to never return. I assured them that I had no desire to ever use their services again. Worst customer service ever!

Mrs. Palmer, I am so sorry you had a bad experience. I looked up your account and it looks like we have not seen you since 2011 at which time you brought your kitty in to be spayed with us. Where I do apologize for the response you got back then, I can assure you a lot has changed and we are a better running facility now. Best vet in town. You can tell everyone there loves animals (which, sadly, is not always the case with some vets I've been to). Also, very reasonably priced.
