I can't say enough good things about the Southside staff and Dr. Michelle Traylor. We had our first visit with Buddy, 8 year old Doxy that's never had proper vetting (due to previous owners). Everyone was very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. T took her time and answered all my questions, administered vaccines, gave a full exam (eyes, ears, mouth, nose, skin, glands, etc.) and went over testing results and made sure that I understood. Wonderful vets! They are very kind, considerate, gentle, and answer any questions. They are great with my dogs. After treatments, they call to check on the animal. My boxer has been here since she was born. She suffered a major injury at 6 months old & we almost lost her. They performed surgery on her & saved her life!! She is now a healthy, happy, 2 year old.
My first time and the visit cost over 600.00 dollars this was for heart worm medication and antibiotics. With no forwarding of how much it was going to cost. This is why people can't afford to care for there pets my opinion avoid this place at all costs.
