Excellent service from the time you walk in to time you leave. Flexible appointment making. Hygienists are very receptive too ones needs and very gentle. Dr. Miller is professional and very knowledgeable. He makes sure your needs are met.
I really enjoyed my cleaning. The dental hygenis whose name beings with a R (Yikes, my bad!!!), answered ALL of my questions - even those midcleaning. She did a through job but was gentle. Dr Miller explained my need for braces. He gave me the reasons & facts, but did not hard sell which I really appreciated.
Staff always friendly and helpful. Provides good care in an unhurried manner. Asks for updates, concerns and gives guidelines and recommendations to continue and improve good dental health.
I look forward to having my teeth cleaned. I go three times a year and pay for the third (not covered by my insurance) cleaning myself to insure that my teeth are inspected.
Everyone we have met at Southridge are friendly, professional and have provided excellent service.
