personal and professional at all times in a friendly atmosphere, couldn't be more pleased with this office
Going to the Dentist is not a disirable thing but a necessary thing. We need to have a great looking smile and feel confident as well. Going to Southridge Dental puts that confidence in your smile. From the time you walk in to your next appointment everyone is so nice and friendly.
Excellent job and conversation
I would highly recommend this office and dentist. I have a strong gag reflex and needed a crown for a back tooth. Lots of dental anxiety. Did this yesterday (also my bell's palsy is acting up, but I had no choice but to get this done). The dentist and everyone was very considerate. Took a pill to relax me, they made the crown right there and it was all done in one sitting. Glad it is over, but much better than anticipated. I had no problems. THX again!! My husband and I are using this office from now on,

I have always found Southridge staff to promptly attend me but patiently let me ask any questions. Excellent service, excellent dentistry.
I was greeted by name as I walked through the door and I had only been in the office once. I was taken back for my appointment exactly on time. The Dr told me everything he was going to do before he did it. He also gave me options as the procedure changed and talked about the differences without forcing one options over the other. Post procedure pain was managed appropriately. And follow appointments were scheduled prior to leaving. I can't think of one bad thing about this office or the staff!
