Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take pride in our caregivers follow the regulations of our hospital and clinics and will reach out to this clinic to speak with them about making sure they are wearing their masks correctly.
Staff was rude. They were going to turn my mom away for her appointment they made for her two days ago because she was tested for COVID. They knew when she made the appointment she had been tested and it was negative. I told them it was BS and we were not leaving because they booked the appointment. They went back to talk to the doctor. Came back out lady was standing right in front of me. I asked her to please back up and keep a 6 foot distance she said I am back far enough I asked her again she finally moved back. They too... read more

I think a couple of the OBGYN DRs need to work on their personalities and communication. My daughter will never go back to them.
So many great things about this hospital. Alice Chung and her staff are amazing! I am a very difficult patient and they treated me with kindness and respect. My surgery went well. Thanks to all of you who helped me!
