I lived here for only 6 months. It is much better than most apartments in Greenville. The only real problems with this place are that if you live downstairs you do hear everything upstairs even if the people upstairs are tiptoeing around. If you live upstairs, it sounds like the downstairs neighbor is slamming their door when theyre really not. The outside areas were kept very nicely. Its not so bad compared to the chalet apartments in greenville. Its close to everything. You pay water,sewage,trash, high electrict owned by the city and cable.Whew its alot. If you dont mind spending alot to live here then go for it.The manager is sweet and the staff is awsome. Alot of dogs here and some people have no respect to clean up after them. Alot of poop.
