Conflicting stories on delivery which come across as lies. Very poor service, no integrity!
I don’t give one star reviews. But this is by far the worst experience I’ve had buying an appliance. I’ve been extremely patient with John Greer the owner, but I simply can’t believe folks do business this way. I bought a used fridge over a year ago and paid top dollar for a good used fridge $1,284. I was told if the ice maker didn’t work he would fix it for free but he couldn’t test it in his shop. I called the day after it was delivered and told John the ice maker doesn’t work. We bought a Refrigerator from them & LOVE it!! We had some problems with it a couple weeks after they delivered it but they promptly came out & fixed it! Very nice people to do business with! Thanks again for a GREAT job!
Bought a washing machine that was supposed to have been a year old (it ended up being almost 5 years old according to the manufacturer and code on the label) for just about what you would pay for a new one. Had to send it back after 2 days. After several weeks of a run-around, got the machine back. Had it back for a couple weeks and it flooded my laundry room.
