About to sink another $851 into repairs for a car that was in “condition to go anywhere in the country” ontop of already having put 375 in for previous repairs. Oh and the “brand new tires” that were on it are already completely bald, all of this within a year of having it... Buy your car literally anywhere else. Now I know what it’s like to be scammed by a used car salesmen.

A vehicle can be purchased anywhere, it’s the customer service that sets a dealership apart. The entire team at Southpoint Motors is fantastic. I was involved in a car accident where my car was totaled; they made the whole process of finding a new car as painless as possible. They truly care about you as a person.....as Troy said “a car is just metal, it can be replaced, we are just so glad you are safe” talk about feeling like family. Everyone there works as a team to make your car shopping "journey" painless! I especially loved that I didn't have to spend half of my day there going back and forth on price. They by far exceeded my expectations (excellent customer service is clearly second nature to them and their team)

I would never go anywhere else in Rochester! The staff is so amazing. They recognized me from 3 years ago and even remembered my son! I felt so comfortable and welcome.
