If you’re looking at a place like this, chances are you’re facing the uncomfortable reality of needing 24/7 care for a loved one that no one in your family is able OR willing to take care of. Take a tour, see some activities, meet the staff (kitchen, therapists, techs, coordinators), and thank them. I really enjoyed spending time at Southpark Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center recently. The energy in the building was warm and welcoming, and it was great to see residents genuinely engaged and enjoying themselves. Marsha does an excellent job creating fun, thoughtful activities, and the whole team was friendly and supportive. A special thank you as well to Sylvia in social services for being so welcoming. It’s clear this is a place where people care about the community they serve.

I want to thank everyone that was there to care for my family member. I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the facility. I toured 3 times at different hours and it never smelled or was dirty. The food was something that I would not have eaten but I was not the one there. If you do not speak Spanish please get translation on your phone. The staff did their best to communicate with me and I really appreciated it. My family member will be returning there again in the Skilled Nursing area and I expect the same care... read more
