I want to thank everyone that was there to care for my family member. I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the facility. I toured 3 times at different hours and it never smelled or was dirty. The food was something that I would not have eaten but I was not the one there. If you do not speak Spanish please get translation on your phone. The staff did their best to communicate with me and I really appreciated it. I have a son with intellectual disabilities. Was transferred from ICU to Southpark Meadows with a trac and feeding tube and barely able to move. Next Monday he is able successfully move into a group home because of his dramatic recovery under their care. The administration, therapists and direct care staff worked a miracle.

I was afraid of my grandmother going there after getting discharged from the hospital because of the reviews being bad and I am big on seeing reviews before going anywhere but we decided to give it a try I can honestly give this place a 5 star it was nothing like the reviews said my grandmother had all the attention she needed and was very well taken care of we have no complaints about this place everyone was so sweet and caring with the residents I recommend this place for anyone that needs to go :)
