We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

I had a difficult stay. The food was very poor. Lost 2 lbs. during my stay. When I pushed my call light, the delay was about 3 hrs. If it was at the end of a shift, it would be 2-3 hrs. before anyone answered my call. The Techs were sweet and eager to help. This place is not for English speaking patients. That should be stated before anyone chooses it. Definitely needs an upgrade!
Last & final update/review 03/18/2025 - This was my grandmother's last day there. They called an ambulance due to agitation & "unable to handle" her more physical outburst. These "Profesionals" don't know wth they're doing at all! She had another stroke & who knows when that happened because she has been moaning/yelling day & night for 2 weeks. Trash place. Junky, just parts.
SPM Rehab has personnel patient care. My mother was well taken care of with great compassion. She came home stronger and thriving. Thank you to the whole team at SPM
Over all, care was excellent, staff was great and professional. Only disappointment was with food almost cold every meal weather it was served in dining room or delivered to your room. Physical therapist we excellent and always encouraged you even when you didn't think you were up to the task at hand.
