My mom's stay here was extremely good! She was well taken care of! From the nurses to the techs on the floor! Very friendly an always on point with her! Nothing bad i could say! Just keep caring an loving on God's People! It makes a difference...

So I was currently admitted to the southpark Meadows nursing and rehab. And I can't say that they do have nurses that their heart is all in it but then again like any other place they have nurses who neglect the patience leave them in their pull up all day and BM on the BED SHEETS. SOAK AND WET FROM URINE.Not to mention the amount of time they leave some of the patients in their wheelchair. Place is not that great. Staff are very dismissive and you often see them just hanging around and chatting with other staff. I had asked for the staff in charge of the wing my father in law was staying on so i could get something to clean the room with and hangers to hang up the items we brought but the only response I got was a pointing of the finger and "I dont know". Definitely was not a professional atmosphere and gave off they are just there to hang out type of vibes. I feel for the patients here if they dont have immed... read more

My stay at southpark Meadows was for the wound care healing process as I walked in it was a clean environment or patients in clean and base with my experience CNAs very attentive cheerful with a good morning star punctual when needed each staff member welcomed and introduce himself as their job title duties and responsibilities wound care members were excellent as well as the therapist precise on explanation of each exercise. Overall I give it my highest recommendation/referral in a medical recuperation care
