Had my cleaning appointment on New Year's Eve. Going in I prepared myself for a difficult encounter because I missed my lest cleaning appt. This means it has been more than a year since my last cleaning. I was ready for them to abuse my mouth. To my surprise it was one of the best I have ever had. As I walk in I got Claire as my hygienist. She is retired and comes back during the holidays to help out. Before I knew it, she was done! Been with Southpark Dental forever. Won't leave them for anything.
From my first phone call to Madeleine to walking out the door with Dr. Gomez, my visit could not be any better. Southpark Dental and Dr. Gomez you have a very compassionate and professional team that I would highly recommend to anyone needing dental care.
I always like the professionalism, the staff is wonderful, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Dr. Shauna Gaumer-Coen it the greatest and the ladies helping her. I would recommend the dental office any day.

The fun starts right at the reception window where everyone is communicative and eager to assist. With an appointment I never have to wait long, the "prep-staff" and then the Doctor-DDS is always inquisitive about your life, family, etc... make you feel comfortable and among friends. Nothing is rushed, need more Novocain... no problem... If you need an MRI they have that in house too making things real simple. If you are looking for a dentist in the Orlando area, you cannot do better than Southpark Dental! I have been a patient of Dr. Cervenka's for over 25 years and I don't know how, but the office just keeps getting better! Every single person, from phone help, finance, dental assistants, and dentists (there are many now!) are the best. All 4 members of my family now go to this office. Five star treatment Although there are plenty of dentists closer to me it is worth the drive to go to South Park dental. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The waiting area is very clean that is if you have to wait . One is usually accommodated right away. The dental hygienist are very professional and efficient.
