The technician was very good at the cleaning but when flossing the teeth, in the end, she was tugging on the teeth. When I complained she blamed it on me for fighting her. I tried to tell her I usually use thin floss but she said I was doing it wrong and she knew how it should be done even if I don't like it. Getting your teeth cleaned is never pleasant, but, this is worse. In the beginning she said to let her know if there were any discomfort. When I told her it was uncomfortable she just said I was wrong.
love my hygienist, Marcy, she always informs me of what is happening. Very thorough when it comes to checking my records. I wont come in on a day when she isn't there. Dr. C. always around, and down to earth. thanks you guys
As usual, my visit with Karen for my semi-annual cleaning was handled in a most professional manner. She always is very detailed with explaining any concerns that I may have. Dr. Gaumer's exam was handled in the same manner. I am very pleased with the entire staff at Southpark Dental.

The staff was very helpful and attentive and Dr. Cohen is wonderful... What a memorable experience! Finally, Dentist who actually cares about me.

Cleaning Had my cleaning appointment on New Year's Eve. Going in I prepared myself for a difficult encounter because I missed my lest cleaning appt. This means it has been more than a year since my last cleaning. I was ready for them to abuse my mouth. To my surprise it was one of the best I have ever had. As I walk in I got Claire as my hygienist. She is retired and comes back during the holidays to help out. Before I knew it, she was done! Been with Southpark Dental forever. Won't leave them for anything.
