Former resident. Was forced out last year along with a bunch of other people because the company decided to quit taking MOD Rehab so they could double the monthly rent. At what they charge, not worth it unless you enjoy living with mice and rats. They constantly got in through holes, and management wouldn't do anything about it. No washer or dryer hookup either and no blinds on the windows. Withheld my security deposit as well and wouldn't send it to me, blamed me for problems that weren't my fault. I thankfully I’m not a a tenant of this property, but just off my brief interaction with their property manager Angie, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. While I was trying to learn about my recently deceased father, I was kindly greeted with Angie’s prominent display of attitude as soon as I walked through the door because why was I there asking her to do her job? I lived at South Mont for over a year. Had to move on the spur of the moment due to Brown evicting everyone due to not taking the MOD program anymore. I left owing some past rent. I called yesterday at Brown realty and spoke to Angela who is always very rude and very unethical. Everytime I've had to call she's been like this and I'm not his talking a lil rude She is very hateful and rude and very cold and uncaring. And Me. If you care even a little bit about your well being or breathing in mold don’t move here these apartment’s are slums they have something in the lease saying they are not responsible for mold and let’s just say there is a lot of it
Great property in a safe area. The property manager is very attentive and handles everything quickly.
