Our builder uses Southland Windows & Doors for both his clients and his own home, which gave us confidence from the start. The windows are beautiful and exceptionally high quality. After several years of living here, we experienced a small hardware issue, and when we contacted Southland, they were incredibly helpful and responsive. Buyer beware. After 25+ years as a customer, this company delivered replacement windows that were missing, the wrong style, and one ~$1,000 window that was mis-measured by their own salesman, Wes Agee, and was completely unusable. I provided photos and measurements proving the error. They acknowledged the mistake and offered only a discount to fix it. Management- Melinda Spaberg (sp) promised a follow-up. Weeks later—no response. If this is how they handle clear errors with long-time customers, look elsewhere.

My contractor installed new custom windows and doors manufactured by Southland. The quality is superb! I remain very satisfied with the quality of the product and would recommend Southland to any homeowner seeking to replace their windows
