Believe all the negative reviews....avoid this place at all cost, they don't care about truck drivers time, they're extremely slow they literally load one truck then go to the office or lunch room to chill out for at least 30 minutes
Moral of the story don’t make any plans having an appointment don’t mean anything they can act like they don’t see you not going to acknowledge you.. just waste your 11 hour and 14 hour clock
This place didn’t use to be like this. Last Friday 10/03/25 I was here for a 1:00pm appointment. I didn’t leave until 1:00am Saturday morning 10/04/25. I’m here again today Thursday 10/09/25 for a “pre load” and I’ve been here over 4 hours already.
Worst place ever, my load was suppose to be a drop n hook. But now I’m waiting 6+ cause they had to love load it. And still waiting
This place is despicable. Treat drivers like trash, have them waiting in the sun for 6 hours on paperwork. These guys are awful. Truly disgusting.
