Some of the rudest yard dogs i ever had to deal with. this was supposed to be a simple drop and hook, but the trailer was placed way too high to hook into it so i went to ask the yard dog to lift my trailer so i could crank the legs down and he start complaining at me and saying he aint gonna do it til he don't know when. disorganized and rude staff. update: it's been an hour and he still hasn't come to lower my trailer
The one star reviews are accurate. I've been here for over 6 hours now and still haven't had the ability to throw straps on my live load, which was SUPPOSED to be preloaded. Only 2 lifts for a yard with 6 preload trailers, and that includes live loads. Takes a forklift over 2 hours to load you. By the way your position thst you show up in does NOT matter. They will gladly load other trucks that arrive to the yard AFTER you. Why? Lord Only knows. Then after loading is done, you get to wait even more for them to check the load... read more
Going to call corporate and ask them to personally pull money off the check of the guy that neglects to turn in the paperwork for pre-loaded trailers. Ive been told multiple times about this from inside workers and the wait time for owner operators just because the person is lazy is immensely ridiculous.
