Bad Experience with Southland Trailer Sales I had an extremely frustrating experience with Southland Trailer Sales. I purchased a trailers from them, and the toolbox height was incorrectly installed. The issue should have been covered under warranty, so I followed their process and submitted the warranty request. After receiving little assistance, I ended up having to replace the toolbox brackets myself, which was an extra cost. Called on Friday morning while under a high value load with a crane appointment in Ventura Commiefornia… kinda in panic mode, told them I was two hours out.., when I arrived he backed me up to a door put two people on my problem… I was fixed in no time at all… on a Friday on short notice… who does that??? This is a great shop with special people and outstanding customer care… thank you all
Great shop excellent work I rolled up first thing in the morning and they repaired my box made it so I can lock it again. They couldn't repair my other box but they sold me a box that had been taken off another trailer. That was practically brand new. I'm very grateful! They also sold me 10 change and 9 binders. Very friendly and professional thank you guys!
