BUYER BEWARE !!!!This dealership is very dishonest. They called us and solicited a like "brand new" 2020 LTV Wonder with only 1500 miles. After purchasing for almost full MSRP due to the scarcity and the condition, we have since been stranded and broken down on the side of the highway 2 times with diesel fuel leaking out in the engine compartment and smoking!! I am disappointed to write this review after reading so many great stories. However I went in last weekend and looked at a gently used T@B trailer that needed some minor TLC to get going. The salesperson was very polite and gave us space to review and ask questions. Decided to think about it over the weekend and made an offer Tuesday morning. The offer I feel was fair which deducted the 795 fee for LP gas and a battery. I cannot see paying that fee when the salesperson couldn’t tell me anything else would be done. I hate to ... read more
RecommendedWe live in Ohio and were looking for a nuCamp T@G RV. Our local dealer had none and didn’t really seem interested in our business. We put out a query to multiple dealers and Southland both had a unit and was willing to work with us including a video walkthrough of the unit. Needless to say, we felt it worth the 530 mi ride to pick up the T@G. We were able to get through everything, including installing a ground electric line to the 7 pin plug, in about 3 hours. Southland was great to deal with right from the start. They let us camp in their parking lot (with electrical hookup!) when we went to initially see the Cirrus truck camper we were interested in. Later they worked out a great deal for the camper; the best price around! There was a confusion about the pickup date, but they bent over backwards to make it right. We purchased our first 2020 Lance travel trailer 1995. The orientation process was amazing very detailed minded answered all questions with a thorough demonstration.
