The staff there were pleasant and generally helpful but my overall experience with the service dept was not good. I took my 2020 Airstream trailer there for some minor warranty work and received the unit back with a number of issues that they could have easily caught had they performed a simple check-out process before giving it back to me. The guy helping me with checkout did help to fill the tires and re-attach the jack wire to the battery before i left. 1) The 2 month old batteries were defective and not covered by Airstr... read more
