Reed and his staff are great and really care about the tenants and residents. We have had the privilege to care for a few of their properties and we can confidently say that they do everything within their control to make sure the experience is top notch.
I applied for a townhouse with this company and was told to send proof of income. Which I did to Reed & Alex. Anytime I called to check to see if they got everything no one would answer the phone or return my calls. So I had to burn my gas going back and forth to figure out what was going on. Each time was told neither of them were in the office. The 4th time I show up, Reed says that I was denied because he never got the email, which I could easily pull up and show him that I sent the email for proof of income. I also sent ... read more
I have rented a commercial property from Southland for many years. They are professional, quick to respond to any issues that come up, and fair with their rent. All the staff that I have encountered have been great to work with. I highly recommend Southland Properties and can do so without any reservations.
