Got hung up multiple times when trying to talk to a manager or supervisor. I was calm collect and only wanted to speak with a manager. They wouldn’t allow it and now continuously hang up on me if I try to call. Worst customer service ever I will never do business with them..

Very Rude on the phone. thought she had me on hold. Herd her say "NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE DO YOU WANT ME TO SEND HIM TO JOHN OR YOU DON"T WANT TO TALK TO HIM AT ALL" mind you that was after the fact of being Very Rude. yuck
