Southie was best food experience of our 3 day weekend! We ate our way through SF and Oakland and ended up at Southie. The service was on point, the atmosphere was fantastic, not too loud, not too quiet. Packed with people obviously enjoying their food. We did not have to wait even though the place was packed. Food here is amazing. Loved the meatballs. Crostini selection was great especially duck live pate.
Loved this place. The hubbs and I had the Ahi Tuna sandwich and the Pork Belly sandwich. Both were delicious. There was a wait, but we were seated within 10-15 min. I appreciated their attention to us as guests. While waiting, one of the waiters checked to be certain we had been helped - all while running around a very busy restaurant. He easily could have ignored us standing there without a backward glance.
