Very unprofessional experience. The leasing agent (Jessica or Jennifer) showed up late, didn’t show us the actual unit, and still took our application fee before denying us. The office felt disorganized and unwelcoming, and it honestly seemed like she didn’t want to deal with tenants. Definitely disappointed with how everything was handled.
I don't why they post their listings and never answer there phone? Management needs to look at their staff and make some changes.
