Very friendly, Very Thorough I have visited this urgent care several times and I've taken my children there too. The staff is always SO friendly; they remember us every time (even if it's been a while). I've never waited too long, but I have waited. When I was there the last time, a patient came in after me and seemed worse off than me and they took her first. Went in this morning about 8:45, explained to the receptionist I was having a hard time breathing. She didn't care she made me full out paperwork give her a check for my visit. I didn't get any help from anyone to help my breathing for at least 40 minutes. I will never go back there again!
I visited Southgate urgent care a little while back. I had fever and cough from a flu. The doctors and nursing staff was very polite and professional. The wait time was relatively short. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.
