Not good , took people back that come in after me then when get in back they seen more people that come in after me.The people were no worse then me. That would be different. Been hear for 2 1/2 hours still not seen. When I came in only 3 people in front of me. Very sad.
Broke my Toe and was struggling to find an urgent care with good reviews. Finally just chose this one because it was close to home. Dr.Khan was great! I had to wait about an hour but showing up at 4pm to me an hour is a short wait in a walk in clinic. Was able to see my broken toe on X-ray and they even gave me a copy on disc. Today I took my 7yr old daughter to Southgate Urgent Care for the first time. I couldn't ask for better people. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was wonderful to deal with. Service was very fast. Thank you Southgate Urgent Care for a smooth wonderful experience!! :) My daughter is feeling MUCH better!

Took my one year old son there and was treated extremely horrible. The doctor came in checked my son and said yes he's sick but if you want a prescription you have to take him to his own doctor and she recommended getting him there soon to be able to get him a prescription to start fighting his illness. Will never go back there and never recommend them to anyone for anything.
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They are terrible and would rather wait in the ER for hours before going here! I don't think they even deserve their medical license!
I took my son there tonight at 7:30 he was turned away because he did not have a picture id on him. Yes he is 18 but he has been there before and I'm his mother and I carry the insurance. The lady at the counter was very rude. I told her I hope his finger doesn't fall off since you refuse to see him and he doesn't have a picture id on him. She wouldn't even hear that. They cant stick to the scripts they say they are calling over...Tell you one thing give you another...My 2 year old son went in for an infected bug bite and the doc said it was not infected cuz he could walk on it...they said they were writing a script for benedrayl cream...instead wrote for pills when i called he said just put the pill in his throat....NICE and ps they were not dissolve able...took him to his doc the following day it is very infected and he can no longer walk on it...Peachy he could have caught that but was... read more
