Always a long wait getting through to reception to make an appointment. I have waited 27 to 30 mins for them to answer only to be put on hold or getting hung up on. Very frustrating.
I sat there today from 10:15 to 12:15 waiting for the walk in clinic I was given the number 1 to be the first one when she called my number I was told that they can’t see me because some one had removed my registration I’ll never go back there again the staff definitely not the friendliest if I could give a no star rating I definitely would needs some training obviously the least they could do is ask if ur a patient there before giving a number geez whiz
There are times, more frequent, then not to get through on the phone . All I want is a doctor that practices good medicine, looks at diagnostic reports in a timely fashion or let his LPN review them and alert the doctor of flags of concern, follow up on flags that indicate abnormal. Do a comprehensive blood test . Address all results with patient. Listens to the patient , not just hear. Addresses those concerns. Dr. Logan Steed is a great doctor, he has Patience, Listens n doesn't rush it, great with kids. Staff have always been friendly and helping.
