Brought in truck night before,using drop box, damaged tire , fully expected having to follow up but was very , very pleased tire replaced and my truck ready to pick up by 11am , Was great!
Don't buy anything from this dealership. The service department is the worst. My brand new car has been there three times in a month and they can't figure out what's wrong with the transmission. They had it two weeks the first time, one week the second time,and it's back in there again.The General Manager Jim doesn't care if you're not happy, as long as they make that dollar. Set an appointment to have a couple of recalls taken care of along with brake work and inspection of any other needed maintenance. Was told the recalls would take approximately four hours. Took my truck in at 8am, received no feedback from customer service so I called around 2 pm and was told my truck had not even been looked at yet. Was told I would receive a call by end of day. No call made. Called back around 11am next day. Truck still had not been inspected. I informed them that I would be picking my truck up at the end ... read more
