been trying to pay a bill for 5 months, cant get a hold of anyone and website shows error.
I’ve had a bill that I’ve needed to pay since Feb,2024. I don’t understand how you have technical difficulties for 3-4 months without any real issues being fixed. The website does not recognize the account number you provided on the bill, therefore it can’t be payed online. It’s been the same automated voice recording about unforeseen outages. In 2024 I don’t think I should have to go get a money order and stamps and mail money to pay a bill when I can’t even login to the account and view it.
