I arrived to the office about 15 minutes late and I called ahead to let them know I would be running late and they said it was okay. I then waited in the waiting room for approximately 15 minutes before I was taken back to get my cleaning. The dental hygienist said that she probably would not be doing my cleaning because I was more then 15 min late. I told her i was in the waiting room and she indicated that no one had checked me in and apologized. She then completed my cleaning and rushed through it because i wasn't brought... read more

My experience was great! As always, my hygienist Lisa was the best. She has been maintaining my oral maintenance visits for over twenty years. Additionally, it was a pleasure to see my Dentist Dr. Levi, he does excellent work. This is my dental office for life.
