Your checkout process My appointment as a whole was excellent until checkout time. The technician escorted me to the post reception area for one of receptionist to check me out and thirty minutes later I was still waiting for a receptionist. Since I paid upfront and had my next appointment scheduled I really could not understand why I had to stay and not leave directly after my appointment. Every time I come here everyone from the front desk to the hygienist & doctors are friendly. They make X-rays & cleaning a breeze but also thorough. I’ve been coming here since high school & I’m now ending college & still make my appointments all the way back here. The dentist I went to in Ann Arbor wasn’t as friendly.

I had no idea what to expect. What I got was honesty, a thorough evaluation and the ability to have an ease of mind as to a treatment plan I could review, pray about and make a decision at a later date. I knew what I wanted or desired but didn’t realize how much it would cost. They have provisions for that too! Credit Care or DOCpay (up to a year interest free of spreading out payments).
