Awesome Team I came in for a dental emergency! Jackie took the appointment and got me in in 1 hour! Went to the reception area and turned my paperwork in and paid my office visit for a new patient, which was extremely reasonable. Barb the hygienist went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Ballani, was fantastic and made me feel confident in the decision I made! I cant wait to see the final results. I arrived to the office about 15 minutes late and I called ahead to let them know I would be running late and they said it was okay. I then waited in the waiting room for approximately 15 minutes before I was taken back to get my cleaning. The dental hygienist said that she probably would not be doing my cleaning because I was more then 15 min late. I told her i was in the waiting room and she indicated that no one had checked me in and apologized. She then completed my cleaning and rushed through it because i wasn't brought... read more

My experience was great! As always, my hygienist Lisa was the best. She has been maintaining my oral maintenance visits for over twenty years. Additionally, it was a pleasure to see my Dentist Dr. Levi, he does excellent work. This is my dental office for life.
