I arrived at 5:45 p.m. for my 6:00 p.m. appointment. There were other clients arriving after me going in for service before me. I'm on my phone not tracking time and I look up and it's 6:45 p.m. I step up to the desk and the staff get me back quickly to be taken care of. They were very apologetic. Absolutely terrified I just had to tell everyone about my experience at Southfield Family Dental. I've had to have a tooth extracted and also a crown within a week. I was absolutely terrified. I have a big fear in the dentist since I was a little girl. Well Southfield Family Dental took all that away. Dr Woodbury was amazing. He is so sweet and so gentle. Dr Bartolomeo was also amazing. My Dental Hygienist, Liz, was quite thorough and gentle in her teeth cleaning procedure.
Thank you, Dr. Levi and Dr. Oleg, for the great experience and their quality work you have done on my teeth. I got 7 beautiful crown done, they looks so natural and I cannot stop smiling. The staff is great, extremely friendly, the whole place looks so warm and comfortable and very soothing.
I was taken in on time. The hygienist took her time to explain everything to me and Dr. Levi was great.

Great service The staff was very friendly! I had lots of questions and the lady at the desk whom is also a dental trainer was very very helpful! She made sure that she answered every question that I had she was amazing although I forgot her name. The dentist Dr. L was also very caring and nice and tarted to assure me that I would be fine! Answered every question that I had. The lady that did my c.t. Scan was very warm and friendly as well.
