Dealing with the office staff is terrible! I was told by Dr. Robinson that someone from the office would call me today to schedule my mother's colonoscopy. Mind you she was just released from the hospital Saturday and the Dr told me if I did not hear from them to call which I did. I have called twice this morning at 1025 am and at 135 PM and told Theresa would call me back I don't believe she will. They have been brushing my mother off since January once we showed up for an appointment and were told the NP was out sick. This... read more

This morning, I had my fifth colonoscopy over about 15 years with Dr. Halama. I can't say too much about the care I have always received. They do a wonderful job of performing a procedure that really disturbs most people and making it into a comfortable, modest, quality nap. They do dozens of procedures every day. But when my turn comes, I feel like I am the most important patient in the world; from the intake desk to the person that wheels me out to my car afterwards. I had my my first procedure at age 55.
