My family and I have lived here for a year and half and I absolutely love it! We have 2 small children and have never once been concerned for their safety (can't say that for our previous apartment complex). We hope to eventually purchase a house, but we are in no rush! The staff is excellent and are always available to help and fix problems right away. I love that there are doggy stations to pick up after your pet! My bulldog really appreciates it! I have lived here close to 5 years now. The complex is always clean and well-kept, and quiet. The apartments are spacious, up-to-date, and very nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great community, great location!
I love this complex and even better I love the management. In the last 5 years i have noticed that this place just gets better and better. Not only does it have great residents and it is very clean, but the management is great to work with and the maintenance team is very thorough.
I know finding Southernside Apartment Homes is truly God led for me. I have seen many apartments in Chesterfield and St Charles areas. I lived in 3 different apartments over 45 yrs ago, hey were nothing compared to Southernside. I moved in here August 2015. I love this place, great neighbors (most of them) and wonderful staff, who listen to us and take care of any problem without delay. I like to treat my home like my own property.
