Since I have lived here I have been highly impressed by the upkeep of the grounds & overall appearance of this complex along with the promptness of maintenance to fix any issues, usually that day or by the next morning at the latest. The staff is incredibly friendly & helpful beyond anything. Huge props to Donna & Denise in the leasing office who genuinely truly, truly care about the tenants, their well being & understanding to work with you when life happens (as it does to all of us). I am going to be honest. I loved my apartment here. They always asked how my family was and how i was. They asked how my 1 year old was constantly when we lived there. We loved it so much it was hard to leave i cried when I turned my keys in! Thank you Southernside for everything you have done for us.
all i can do is be honest so let me be honest this apartment complex is like family, this staff has some of the best people working in the industry. They put the renters above themselves and go the extra mile to make the property run and make everyone happy. they are honest even if its brutal they care and listen whenever something bad happens i would drop anything for them if they asked.
excellent staff. maintence is always on it. apartments are spacious and nice. love it here! wouldnt wanna go anywhere else.
We lived there for three years. Started out in an awesome two bed apartment. We loved it. Then a year or so later we got a three bed apartment. It was bliss. Donna and Denise are amazing. The most kindest people I've ever met. When ever we had an issue Jason the maintenance man had it fixed. He was so knowledgeable and reliable. We love southernside. It's safe clean and everyone seems pretty friendly. I highly recommend living here. Great location minutes from everything all in all five out of five.
I lived here 5 years and love the apartment and area.
