After taking my mom out of what's got to be the worst hospital in Ohio, the old Mansfield General/now OH Health Hospital of Mansfield, we had her placed in Liberty Nursing Care on Lexington Ave. Their caring staff knew that SounthernCare would more than likely have to be called in to take over my mom's care which was the case after just a few days of being there.
