Customer service is something to be desired. Ordered some stuff and contacted them twice in two months saying that they were still waiting for items to come in. Called another time saying that he would have someone call me and let me know what was happening, called one last time and then was told that my order sheet was lost that she made and none of my items were ordered. Rude and curt on the telephone!
We tried a few of the more popular companies in Southern Utah and this is the best one out there! The product quality, turnaround time, and prices are unmatched. Also great customer service.
Came to them a couple week before I needed some shirts done with some embroidery and they came through clutch! Granted I only needed 4 shirts done instead of a large order, but the quality was speed was fantastic.
Lindsay is very helpful, and the shirts turned out great!
