I was denied care today from these people all because I refused to sign to agree to the new policy change of charging customers for no service rendered when the customer misses an appointment. I had already previously confirmed my appointment, did all the pre-appointment lab work, and when I showed up to my appointment on time, they wanted me to sign to agree to this new policy, when I refused, they refused to allow my appointment to proceed as scheduled. Southern Utah Kidney and Hypertension center has some of the best and most experienced nephrologists in the country. My mother experienced kidney issues and I was able to ask questions about her care and the staff and physicians were so kind and knowledgeable. I am grateful for doctors and clinics such as this one.
