Brian, Eric and Richard did a fantastic job with my shutters. They are absolutely beautiful! They were very prompt in arriving and finished the job in a timely manner. They even hung my rods for my curtains. That is going beyond the call of duty. I will certainly use them again.
William Patterson and Rob Mangham were so wonderful when they came to install our at our office. They were incredibly kind and careful while they worked and were the type of people that you want to be friends with! Our new window treatments look great and are installed perfectly. William and Rob took the time to explain their features and the child safety feature on them. So glad that they installed the window treatments in our office because now I know exactly who to go with for my home window treatments!
We had blinds installed in our office today by Rob and William. They were very quick and efficient. The blinds look awesome! :)
Beautiful product!! I recently purchased Plantation Shutters for my Dining room windows in my new home. It was such a privilege to work with Julie Honeycutt throughout the process. Everything from start to finish was handled very professionally!. I have received numerous compliments on my beautiful windows and plan to have additional Shutters installed. Installers arrived exactly on time, worked nonstop until the job was done. Highly impressed by Rob Mangham and William Patterson, they treated our home like it was theirs. They took their shoes off each time they entered the house, cleaned up when the job was done and even moved back my heavy furniture as my husband was not home. Southern Traditions is a class act from start to finish! My job was small - less than 20 windows with very modest blinds. But all involved treated me as though my business was just as important as a $10,000 order. The sales process was excellent, the installers were prompt and professional, and when one of the blinds had issues, the installer insisted on returning 3 times until the blind was perfectly installed. I will recommend Southern Traditions to everyone I know!
When I walk by and see the plantation shutters that y'all helped me pick out and then installed, it makes me smile and sigh a sigh of relief! Thank you, Lynn Osbourne!
